These General Terms of Sale, hereinafter referred to as GTS, along with any specific or promotional conditions, regulate the conditions for using this Website and purchasing products through www.anamarialajusticia.es (the “Website”), owned by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU, S.L., hereinafter referred to as DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU, a Spanish business entity with corporate tax ID No (CIF) B-58198466, registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona, Volume 7474, Book 6742, Section 2nd, Folio 63, Sheet 85985, Entry 1st. DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU reserves the right to unilaterally modify these GTS at any time without prior notice. However, the GTS applicable to the Order will be those accepted by the Buyer when placing the order. The GTS will always be accessible on the website, allowing users to consult or print them at any time.

These General Terms of Sale have been developed in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws.

ARTICLE 2 - Object

The aim of these GTS is twofold: firstly, to inform potential buyers about the terms and conditions governing the sale and delivery of requested products by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU, and secondly, to outline the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of product sales from DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU to the customer (hereinafter, the “Buyer”). These GTS apply without any restrictions or reservations to all product sales offered by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU through the Website.

Therefore, placing an order for products offered for sale on the DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU Website implies the full and complete acceptance of these GTS by the Buyer, whose prior knowledge is acknowledged before placing the order.

Only individuals aged 18 and above with sufficient capacity to enter into contracts can purchase products on the Website. By accepting these GTS, the user declares to be over 18 years old and to have the capacity to fulfil the obligations arising from the contract. We recommend that you carefully read these GTS before proceeding with an order, and if you do not agree, please do not continue with the contracting process.

ARTICLE 3 - Contract formalisation and orders

3.1 Prior registration

To contract our products and services through the Website, user pre-registration is necessary. Users can do this by going to the “Sign In” section and subsequently accessing the “New Customer” button. If already registered on the Website, customers must access their customer space using their username and password.

Both accessing and browsing the Website for unregistered visitors and registering on the Website are free of charge. To register, the User must follow the registration process steps through the provided form and provide the necessary information to create their account. Additionally, at the time of registration, the user must accept the terms of use included in the Legal Notice and acknowledge having read and understood the Privacy Policy of the Website.

3.2 Fees

The selling price, indicated in euros, of the products offered on the DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU Website will be the prevailing price at the time of placing the order (hereinafter, the “Order”. The definition of Order is described in point 3.4 of these GTS). The selling price of products on the Website may be modified by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU at any time, with the price displayed on the screen at the time of placing the Order being applicable to the purchase. This price will apply to distance sales.

DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU will make its best efforts to periodically verify and check for any errors in the prices of products offered on the Website. If there is an error in the displayed prices on the Website, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU will act as follows: (a) if the correct price is lower than the one shown on the Website, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU will charge its members the lower of the prices and proceed with the shipment of the product(s); (b) if the correct price is higher than the one shown on the Website, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU will contact the Buyer for instructions, either to proceed with the order or cancel it at no cost to the Buyer.

The price does not include delivery costs, which will be invoiced as a supplement to the price of the purchased products. Delivery costs will be indicated before the Buyer registers the Order. Different delivery and shipping methods are established in section 5.1 of these GTS and will be reminded on the Website; shipping methods may be modified by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU at any time. Therefore, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU recommends that buyers periodically consult the GTS displayed on the Website.

Prices will include Value Added Tax (VAT), Canarian General Indirect Tax (IGIC) or Production, Services and Import Tax (IPSI), as applicable, in accordance with current regulations on the Order date. Any change in the applicable tax rate will automatically impact the prices of products that DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU sells on the Website.

3.3 Product features

The Buyer can choose one or more products from the various categories offered by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU on the Website.

Without affecting the Orders placed by the Buyer, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU may, at any time, adjust the range of products available for sale on the Website, especially due to restrictions related to its suppliers.

In line with applicable regulations, the Buyer will have the option, before placing the Order, to familiarise themselves with the essential characteristics of the products they wish to purchase on the DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU Website.

The products will meet the requirements of current Spanish legislation. DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU will not assume any responsibility in case of non-compliance with the laws of a country other than Spain where the product is to be delivered (e.g., in the case of product prohibition, etc.). It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check with the local authorities of the country other than Spain where the products are to be delivered for the applicable limits on the importation and use of the products and services they wish to acquire.

3.4 Availability

The products displayed on the Website will remain valid as long as they are advertised on it and, in any case, until stocks last.

3.5 Formalisation and electronic contracting

Placing an Order implies acceptance of these GTS, the provisions outlined in the Legal Notice and acknowledgement of having read and understood the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, without prejudice to any specific conditions agreed upon by the Parties. The Buyer will have the opportunity to review their Order details and correct any possible errors. Once the Buyer confirms their order by clicking on the “Place order” icon (hereinafter, the “Order”), they must accept these GTS by checking the corresponding box. This action signifies that they have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the Order in question, and in particular, these General Terms of Sale, the obligation to pay, the prices, volumes, features, quantities and delivery times of the products offered for sale and requested by the Buyer. It will be understood, therefore, that the user expresses their consent by following all stages to complete the contracting process enabled on the Website.

To finalise the order, the User must accept these GTS by checking the corresponding box and clicking the button “Place order”.

Once the Order is confirmed, the Buyer cannot cancel it, and the contract is considered fully formalised. The sale will be final, subject to the Buyer’s right of withdrawal as outlined in Article 6 of these General Terms of Sale. DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU will confirm the order by sending an email to the Buyer (the “Order Confirmation Email”).

A second email will be sent to the Buyer at the time of Order dispatch. DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU recommends that the Buyer keeps both emails. The Buyer is informed that these two emails will be sent to the email address provided for identification during the registration process before placing the Order.

Furthermore, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU assumes no responsibility for errors in the email address input or non-receipt of the Order Confirmation Email. In such cases, the sale will be final unless DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU cancels the Order, especially in the case of unavailable products. However, the Buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal as outlined in Article 6 of these General Terms of Sale.

After the Order amount is charged, if requested by the Buyer, an email with the electronic invoice will be sent, or it can be found in the “Your account” section under invoices.

Upon completing the order, the Buyer can view the order details in the “Your purchases” section. Additionally, an email confirming receipt will be sent, specifying all order details, such as the chosen payment method and delivery address. If the Buyer notices an error in the provided address or any other aspect of the order, they must notify it immediately to info@distribucionesfeliu.com for correction.

In accordance with applicable regulations, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU reserves the right to refuse or cancel, for legitimate reasons, any Order that indicates, through the number of products, the amount to be paid (for a single order or accumulated orders) or other elements, that the Buyer is engaging in economic activity related to the requested products or, in general, any abnormal Order according to applicable jurisprudence.

Finally, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution and/or delivery of an Order, regardless of its nature and degree of execution, in case of non-payment or partial payment of amounts owed by the Buyer, payment incidents or fraud, whether completed or attempted, related to the use of the DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU Website, including fraud committed in connection with previous Orders. 4 - Payment

4.1 Payment methods - Bank cards

The accepted payment method for purchases on the Website is a bank card. The bank cards accepted on the DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU Website are Visa and MasterCard.

All bank cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. If the buyer’s payment card issuer denies or, for any reason, does not authorise the payment to us, whether prior or subsequent to a payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

4.2 Payment options

All Orders must be paid in euros, including all taxes and mandatory fees. Any applicable bank charges will be borne by the Buyer (including the case of a refund).

4.3 Security in payment transactions

To ensure the security of payments made with a bank card, the Buyer must provide DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU with the visual cryptogram (CVV) on the back of the bank card used.

In the fight against online fraud, the Buyer’s Order data may be shared with third parties authorised by law or designated by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU, solely for the purpose of verifying the Buyer’s identity, as well as the validity of the order, the payment method used and the planned delivery. After completing this verification, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU reserves the right to request a photocopy of the Buyer’s identity document and/or any other data related to the Buyer’s identity. The Buyer has rights granted by personal data protection regulations, as outlined in the U-shop Privacy Policy.

DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU uses a secure payment tool called “REDSYS”. Payment security relies on Buyer authentication and the confidentiality of all data. To ensure this security, the tool uses proven cryptographic techniques and complies with the requirements established in various applicable banking regulations in Spain.

ARTICLE 5 - Delivery and receipt

5.1 General provisions

The products requested by the Buyer in accordance with these GTS can be delivered or collected, at the Buyer’s choice, in the following ways:

At the address provided by the Buyer as the delivery address for the corresponding order (hereinafter, the “Delivery address”). DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU only delivers to Spain (including the Balearic Islands). In this case, the Buyer or the recipient of the order will receive the products through the transport company chosen by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU, and they must sign an electronic acknowledgement of receipt. This electronic acknowledgement of receipt will serve as proof of the delivery of the Order by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU.

If the Buyer is not available at the provided address during the delivery, the transport company will make another attempt to deliver the package on the next business day. The recipient will be duly informed through email and/or a notice in the postbox with a “Delivery attempt” notification.

In cases where the recipient continues to be absent, refuses the goods or is unknown, has an incorrect address, etc., and if, after a maximum period of seven days, the shipment remains at the carrier’s destination branch without resolution, it will be returned to DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU. The refund to the Buyer will be processed using the chosen payment method by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU, deducting the delivery costs.

Claims related to delivery will not be accepted if the package is marked as delivered, with the carrier’s computer system (identification) serving as conclusive evidence.

5.1.1 Delivery cost of the Order

Orders exceeding THIRTY-FIVE (€ 37.00) euros will have no delivery cost. For orders below this amount, the delivery cost will be determined during checkout.

5.2 Anomalies, damages or damaged packages

5.2.1 General provisions

It is advisable for the Buyer or the Order recipient to check the external condition of the package and the products upon delivery. I

n case of anomalies related to the package (damaged package, open package, traces of liquids, etc.) or concerning the requested product(s) (missing product(s), damaged product(s)), the Buyer must follow the appropriate procedure, as described below (in Articles 5.3.2 and 5.3.3 of these General Terms of Sale), based on the condition of the Order. Failure to follow the proper procedure will exclude the possibility of recourse against the carrier and DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU. Specifically, the Buyer will not be able to demand any refund. The Buyer or the Order recipient will also not be able to demand the replacement of the requested products from DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU.

Similarly, the Buyer or the Order recipient can email DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU’s Customer Service to enquire about the procedures for returning the damaged product(s). In this case, the Buyer is obligated to follow the procedure for the return of damaged products indicated by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU’s Customer Service. Otherwise, the Buyer cannot demand the refund or replacement of the affected products.

5.2.2 Mandatory procedures in case of damaged package

In the event of an incident observed in the presence of the transport company:

- Reject the delivery and clearly and detailedly highlight the incident.

- Indicate the reason for refusing delivery to DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU’s Customer Service.

In the case of incidents observed without the presence of the transport company:

- Report the anomaly to DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU’s Customer Service through the following means:

Incident notification and claims must be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 3 business days from the product delivery.

5.2.3 Mandatory procedures in case of missing or damaged product

The Buyer must report the absence or degradation of the product to DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU’s Customer Service through the means specified in the previous section. DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU’s Customer Service may request any data regarding the identity of the Buyer or the Order recipient and carry out any necessary verifications in the matter.

5.3 Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines start from the dispatch confirmation email of the Order.

ARTICLE 6 - Rights and withdrawal periods

6.1. Legal right and withdrawal period

6.1.1. Timeframe for exercising the legal right of withdrawal

In line with applicable regulations, the Buyer has a period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days, starting from the date of Order receipt, to exercise their legal right of withdrawal without stating a reason and without incurring any costs other than the return expenses, which will be borne by the consumer unless the product is defective or arrived in poor condition due to transportation damage.

6.1.2. Products excluded from the legal right of withdrawal

According to applicable regulations, the legal right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of Orders related to:

- The supply of items that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

Therefore, the Buyer is informed that they cannot invoke their legal right of withdrawal regarding unsealed items by the Buyer, the marketing of which by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU would pose risks for reasons of hygiene or consumer health protection (dietary supplements).

6.1.3. Consequences of exercising the legal right of withdrawal

When the products are eligible for the legal right of withdrawal, the Buyer who exercises their right of withdrawal under the conditions outlined in this article, both regarding the timeframe and the return procedures for the products, can obtain a refund of the amount paid for the returned products. The refund of the amount paid must be made without undue delay, and in any case, within FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the date when DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU was informed of the Buyer’s right of withdrawal.

6.1.4. Costs

In accordance with applicable regulations, the return costs of the products will be borne by the Buyer, except in the case of non-conformity of the delivered products with the Order (in which case the return costs will be borne by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU).

6.2. Contractual right and withdrawal periods

To ensure the satisfaction of Order Buyers, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU accepts the return, by mail, of the products ordered on the DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU Website beyond the aforementioned legal period in Article 6.1.1, under the conditions set out below (hereinafter, “contractual right of withdrawal”).

6.2.1. Timeframe for exercising the contractual right of withdrawal

The Buyer has fourteen (14) days from the date of order receipt to return the Products.

6.2.2. Procedures for exercising the contractual right of withdrawal

The procedures for exercising the contractual right of withdrawal are described in Article 6.3 of these GTS.

6.2.3. Products excluded from the contractual right of withdrawal

The contractual right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of orders provided for in section 6.1.3 of these GTS.

Therefore, the Buyer is informed that they cannot invoke their contractual right of withdrawal regarding unsealed items by the Buyer, the marketing of which by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU would pose risks for reasons of hygiene or consumer health protection (dietary supplements). These provisions apply without prejudice to the warranties established in Article 7 of these GTS, which remain fully applicable.

6.2.4. Consequences of exercising the contractual right of withdrawal

When the products are eligible for the contractual right of withdrawal, the Buyer, exercising this right under the conditions outlined in this article, both in terms of timelines and procedures for product return, can receive a refund from DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs of the Order in case of returning the entire order, at no additional cost, without undue delays, and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have passed since the date we were informed of their decision to withdraw from the contract. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

6.2.5. Costs

The return costs of the products will be borne by the Buyer except in the case of non-conformity of the delivered products with the Order or in the case of damaged products.

6.3. Procedures for exercising the legal right of withdrawal and the contractual right of withdrawal

6.3.1. General provisions applicable to all return methods

The products must be returned to DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU in a condition suitable for commercialisation (dietary supplements) within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date of their receipt. Returns of products that occur after this period will not be accepted.

The products must be accompanied by the Order number, and it is the Buyer’s responsibility to package the products in a way that ensures they arrive safely at the facilities of DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU.

In the event that the Buyer has benefited from an offer on the Website, giving them the right, under certain conditions, to one or more products offered in return for their Order, and that, as a result of their exercise of the right of withdrawal, they would lose the right to that offer; the Buyer must return, along with the products affected by the withdrawal, the product(s) received as part of the offer for DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU to consider their withdrawal request.

The Buyer may be held responsible in case of depreciation of the product resulting from handling it differently than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and, where applicable, proper functioning of the products.

6.4. Withdrawal form

ARTICLE 7 - Warranties

7.1. Legal warranties

All products for sale on the Website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity with applicable regulations and the warranty against hidden defects, allowing the Buyer to return defective or non-compliant products that have been delivered at no cost. 7.1.1 Legal warranty of conformity In accordance with applicable regulations, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU is obligated to deliver products that comply with the contract, being responsible for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of product delivery. It will also be responsible for conformity defects resulting from packaging, assembly or installation instructions when carried out under the contract’s responsibility or performed under its responsibility.

To comply with the contract, the product must:

- Be suitable for the usual purposes of products of the same type;

- Conform to the description provided by the seller and possess the qualities presented through the Website;

- Exhibit the quality that the Buyer can reasonably expect, considering the public statements made by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU, especially in advertising or labelling. Likewise, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU will not be bound by these statements if it can demonstrate that it was unaware of, and could not reasonably be expected to know, the statement in question; that the statement had been corrected at the time of the contract’s conclusion, or that the statement could not have influenced the decision to purchase the product.

- Present the characteristics agreed upon by mutual consent between the parties or be suitable for any specific use intended by the buyer, communicated to the seller, and accepted by the latter.

The action resulting from conformity defects expires within TWO (2) years from the delivery of the goods.

7.1.2 Legal warranty for hidden defects

According to applicable regulations, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU is obligated to provide a warranty for hidden defects in the sold product, making it unfit for the intended use, or diminishing this use in a way that, had the Buyer known about them, they would not have acquired it or would have paid a lower price for it.

The action resulting from hidden defects must be exercised by the buyer within SIX (6) months following the discovery of the hidden defect.

In the context of the legal warranty for hidden defects, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU commits, following an assessment of the hidden defect, at the Buyer’s choice:

- To refund the full price of the returned product, or;

- To refund a part of the product price when the Buyer chooses to keep the product.

7.2 Procedures for legal warranty execution

For the legal conformity warranty, the Buyer:

- Has a period of TWO YEARS, starting from the delivery of the item, to exercise the action;

- Can choose between repairing or replacing the item, without prejudice to the cost conditions established in the applicable regulations;

- Is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the conformity defect of the item during the six months following the delivery of the item.

- Should retain the purchase invoice and/or the delivery note of the Order.

The legal conformity warranty applies independently of any other commercial warranty granted.

For any claims related to legal warranties, the Buyer should contact the Customer Service through the means specified in these GTS.

These provisions do not exclude the right of withdrawal provided in the previous Article 6.

The warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged during transportation or as a result of misuse.

7.3 Consequences of warranty execution

In the context of the legal conformity warranty, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU commits, at the Buyer’s choice:

- To replace the product with another identical one based on available stock, or

- To refund the price of the product when its replacement is impossible.

In the context of the legal warranty for hidden defects, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU commits, following an assessment of the hidden defect, at the Buyer’s choice:

- To refund the full price of the returned product, or

- To refund a part of the product price when the Buyer chooses to keep the product

ARTICLE 8 - Signature and proof

DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU works to protect the personal data of its customers, ensuring a high level of security. However, the Buyer must also participate in the protection of their personal data. Specifically, the Buyer must ensure the security of their online transactions, for example, by not disclosing their identifier (Buyer’s email address) and/or password to anyone and by changing the password periodically. In this regard, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU assumes no responsibility for the disclosure of the Buyer’s data to anyone who uses their identifier (Buyer’s email address) and/or password.

Regarding this, the use of the identifier (Buyer’s email address) and/or password will serve as proof of their identity and the enforceability, at the time of Order validation, of the corresponding amounts.

DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU assumes no responsibility for the fraudulent use of this data under any circumstances. The communication of the debit/credit card number and the final validation of the Order will serve as proof of the acceptance of the said Order and the enforceability of the amounts committed to reserving the products listed in the Order. Computer records stored in the computer systems of DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU and its partners will be considered evidence of communications, Orders and payments made between the Parties.

ARTICLE 10 - Liability

10.1 Capacity

Before placing an Order, the Buyer declares to have full legal capacity to be bound by these General Terms of Sale. Therefore, if a person without legal capacity places an Order for items on the DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU Website, the legal guardians of that person (especially parents or guardians) will assume full responsibility for that Order and, in particular, must pay its price.

10.2 Limitation of liability

DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU’s liability for the obligations established in these General Terms of Sale cannot be invoked when the non-compliance with these obligations is attributable to third-party actions, even if such actions were foreseeable, to the fault of the Buyer, or the occurrence of a force majeure event, as defined in the applicable jurisdiction, or any other circumstances that reasonably escape the exclusive control of DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU. DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE. SHOULD DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY THE BUYER DIRECTLY ATTRIBUTABLE TO PLACING AN ORDER, SUCH LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE BUYER TO DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU FOR THAT ORDER.

ARTICLE 11 - Protection of personal data

To process the Order, DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU will collect the Buyer’s personal data. The Buyer is hereby informed that the Data Controller is DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU, S.L., and their data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. It is informed that the data will be processed with the main purpose of maintaining and managing the contractual relationship with the Buyer. Additionally, it is indicated that the Buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, as well as other rights detailed in the Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 12 - Miscellaneous

12.1 Partial invalidity

If one or more provisions of these GTS are considered invalid or declared invalid by the application of any law, regulation or as a result of a definitive decision of a competent authority, the remaining provisions will retain their full validity and scope.

12.2 Exclusion of waiver

The fact that either Party does not exercise the rights granted to them in the event of a breach by the other Party of any of the obligations imposed by these GTS shall not be interpreted as a waiver of future breaches of the obligation in question.

12.3 Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTS are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute arising from the purchase of products on www.anamarialajusticia.es, the parties agree to submit to the courts or tribunals of BARCELONA, both parties waiving any jurisdiction they may be entitled to, except for mandatory jurisdiction in the case of consumers and users, in which case the competent jurisdiction will be that corresponding to their domicile.

12.4 Online dispute resolution

In compliance with the provisions of Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013, if the buyer is a consumer, we inform you of the existence of an online platform for the extrajudicial resolution of disputes made available by the European Commission, accessible at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm? event=main.home.chooseLanguage, through which consumers can submit their complaints.

12.5 Validity

These GTS will apply throughout the period in which the products offered by DISTRIBUCIONES FELIU remain online and until the expiration of the warranty periods. In any case, the provisions of “Article 10. Liability” will remain in effect after the termination of the GTS.
