How to make a return at Ana Maria Lajusticia®

To initiate a product return, kindly request it through your customer area on our website, under the Order History section. Please be aware that you have a 14-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Steps to follow:

1. Request the return of the desired products via our website, providing an explanation for the return.

2. An email with information regarding the return request will be sent to you. Subsequently, you can download the form from your customer area, located under the Product Returns section. Print the form and include it inside the package being returned. The delivery address will be provided in the form, and the return delivery costs will always be the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Once the product reaches our warehouses, it will be inspected, and, if applicable, we will notify you of the acceptance of the return and proceed with the refund.
