Marine Collagen with Magnesium and vitamin C 350 grams. Watermelon flavor. Composed of Peptan® hydrolysed collagen. Ideal for the tissues of those who, for personal reasons, prefer an alternative to collagen of terrestrial origin.
Ana María Lajusticia® Marine Collagen with Magnesium and Vitamin C is composed of Peptan® hydrolyzed collagen sourced 100% from fish supplied by fishing companies certified for their sustainable practices (by MSC).
Hydrolyzed collagen is an excellent source of amino acids, with very good tolerance, digestibility and bioavailability. It is ideal to help you have healthy skin, supple joint tissues and strong bones. It facilitates the synthesis of endogenous collagen and prevents tissue wear and tear. Magnesium and Vitamin C are essential cofactors for collagen synthesis.
Take 2 level teaspoonfuls per day, spread over the main meals (2 doses of 3.45 g each). Mix each dose with 100 ml of water, juice or yoghurt.
Average content per daily dose 2 teaspoons (6.9 g): hydrolyzed collagen 5.2 g, proteins 4.7g, magnesium 227 mg (60% NRV*) and vitamin C 24 mg (30% NRV*).
Hydrolysed FISH collagen (Peptan®), magnesium carbonate, natural flavouring, acidulant (citric acid), acidifier (tartaric acid [L(+)-]), calcium L-ascorbate (vitamin C), sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia).
