Consume 1 to 2 sticks daily, split between breakfast and dinner. Mix with yoghurt or dilute in water or any preferred liquid.
Average content per daily dose:
- 1 stick (5 g): Hydrolysed Collagen 3.6 g, Magnesium 173 mg (46% NRV*) and Vitamin C 39 mg (49% NRV*).
- 2 sticks (10 g): Hydrolysed Collagen 7.2 g, Magnesium 346 mg (92% NRV*) and Vitamin C 78 mg (98% NRV*).
