TRYPTOPHAN PLUS features an ideal blend of ingredients that enhance our resistance to stress, consequently minimising its negative impact on our well-being. How? Thanks to Tryptophan, adaptogenic ingredients and the added vitality from magnesium, this supplement helps maintain calm and energy during the most demanding moments.
It is suitable for individuals leading a hectic lifestyle or navigating through a troublesome and/or busy period. Ashwagandha and Rhodiola enable the body to adapt to moments of tension and effectively manage them. Additionally, this dietary supplement contributes to emotional well-being thanks to Tryptophan, an essential amino acid directly involved in serotonin synthesis, known as “the happiness hormone”.
Take 2 tablets per day with a glass of water.
Average content per daily dose of 2 tablets (1.58 g): Ashwagandha root extract 600 mg, L-Tryptophan 300 mg, Magnesium 75.0 mg (20% NRV*), Rhodiola root extract 30 mg and Vitamin B6 0.70 mg (50% NRV*).
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult with their healthcare professional before taking any dietary supplements. Not suitable for consumption by pregnant women, individuals undergoing antidepressant treatment or those with renal insufficiency. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal), magnesium carbonate, L-Tryptophan, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose/cellulose gel, bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate, Rhodiola root extract (Rhodiola rosea L.), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose/cross-linked cellulose gum, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
