Ana María Lajusticia® Marine Collagen with Magnesium is composed of Peptan® hydrolysed collagen sourced 100% from fish supplied by fishing companies certified for their sustainable practices (by MSC).
Hydrolysed collagen is an excellent source of amino acids, with very good tolerance, digestibility and bioavailability. It is ideal to help you have healthy skin, supple joint tissues and strong bones. It facilitates the synthesis of endogenous collagen and prevents tissue wear and tear. Magnesium is an essential mineral in collagen supplements, as it is necessary for collagen synthesis.

Hydrolysed FISH collagen (Peptan®), magnesium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, natural flavouring, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Take 6 to 9 tablets a day, divided between breakfast and dinner. Accompany them with foods rich in vitamin C.
Average contents per daily dose of:
- 6 tablets (4.5 g): hydrolysed collagen 3.6 g, magnesium 169 mg (45% NRV*).
- 9 tablets (6.8 g): hydrolysed collagen 5.4 g, magnesium 254 mg (68% NRV*).
