Magnesium Total 5 – 100 Tablets. A blend of 5 magnesium sources. Reduces tiredness and fatigue and improves the functioning of the nervous and musculoskeletal systems. With a neutral laxative effect.
A combination of 5 magnesium sources, including magnesium citrate and magnesium bisglycinate, provides high bioavailability and improved absorption.
This product is ideal for daily supplementation in magnesium-deficient states (athletes, ageing, pregnancy, intestinal malabsorption, weight loss diets or in the occurrence of cramps, twitches and contractions). It also promotes the proper functioning of the musculoskeletal system and bone health.
Adequate magnesium intake prevents muscle problems and facilitates muscle relaxation.
Additionally, it supports the process of cell division. Alkaline/neutral pH. Mild laxative effect.
