Collagen with Magnesium + Vitamin C – 1 L. Cherry flavour. A regenerative solution for tissues, based on hydrolysed collagen types I and II.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, serving as the essential component of cartilage, tendons, bones and skin, necessitating daily intake.
All connective tissues in our body and joints are formed by Collagen, making its supplementation crucial for regenerating wear and tear, combating ageing and maintaining the well-being of our joints, bones, skin and overall fitness.
To this compound, we have added Magnesium, which plays a fundamental role in the formation of proteins, such as collagen.
Vitamin C directly intervenes in protein formation; therefore, it is necessary for tissue formation, in addition to its antioxidant effect.

Take 30 ml or 45 ml per day, divided into two or three doses of 15 ml each. Ingest the doses with main meals. Use the measuring cup inserted in the cap for accurate dose quantification.
Average content per daily dose:
- 30 ml (2 doses of 15 ml each): Hydrolysed Collagen 3.6 g, Magnesium 75.0 mg (20% NRV*), Vitamin C 12 mg (15% NRV*).
- 5 ml (3 doses of 15 ml each): Hydrolysed Collagen 5.4 g, Magnesium 113 mg (30% NRV*), Vitamin C 18 mg (23% NRV*).
Water, hydrolysed collagen types I and II, preservative (glycerine), magnesium citrate, acidulant (citric acid), salt, natural cherry flavour, preservative (potassium sorbate), colourant (anthocyanins), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sweeteners (sucralose and steviol glycosides).

Estoy súper contenta, aunque llevo pocos días tomándolo, he dejado de sentir dolor en mi rodilla y el sabor me ha sorprendido gratamente. Ahora con el calor, lo meto en el frigo y me gusta mucho.
