Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, serving as the essential component of cartilage, tendons and bones, necessitating daily intake. All connective tissues in our body and joints are formed by collagen, making its supplementation crucial for regenerating wear and tear, combating ageing and maintaining the well-being of our joints, bones, skin and overall fitness.
To this compound, we have added Magnesium, an element that actively participates in the formation of all proteins in the body. Additionally, its supplementary intake contributes to the normal functioning of muscles. The skin relies on collagen for maintenance and to delay the onset of wrinkles. Healthy hair requires substantial collagen support. For strong and healthy nails, collagen availability is essential.

Take 3 dessert teaspoons per day, distributed across main meals. This supplement can be consumed with liquids or mixed with purées, yoghurt, etc.
It is recommended to take each teaspoon with vitamin C-rich foods.

Como escalador, me parece un producto muy interesante para la regeneracion de tendones y capsulas de los dedos. Al cabo de unas semanas de empezar a consumirlo si noto mejor recuperación en los dedos y piel.
