Tryptophan with Melatonin + Magnesium and Vitamin B6 is a dietary supplement that contributes to improving rest and the natural circadian rhythm of the body and mind.
It is an ideal combination for rest as it not only serves as a direct source of exogenous melatonin but also, when combined with tryptophan, magnesium and vitamin B6, stimulates the synthesis of serotonin and endogenous melatonin. Additionally, melatonin stimulates the production of the growth hormone, possesses antioxidant properties and provides neuroprotection. It enhances sleep quality and reinforces the immune system. The combination with tryptophan aids in its production within the body.
Magnesium and Vitamin B6 assist in neuromuscular recovery and rest, reducing contractions and relaxing muscles for better rest.

Take 1 to 2 tablets per day after dinner. A break of at least 1 month should be observed every 3 months of continuous intake.
Average content per daily dose:
- 1 tablet (0.856 g): L-tryptophan 285 mg, melatonin 0.89 mg, Magnesium 72.6 mg (19% NRV*) and Vitamin B6 0.69 mg (50% NRV*).
- 2 tablets (1.71 g): L-tryptophan 570 mg, melatonin 1.78 mg, Magnesium 145 mg (39% NRV*) and Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (99% NRV*).
Not suitable for consumption by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals undergoing antidepressant treatment or those with renal insufficiency.
Magnesium carbonate, L-tryptophan, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), melatonin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
