Magnesium Chloride – 147 Tablets

Ana Maria LaJusticia® Magnesium Chloride provides magnesium in the form of crystallised magnesium chloride. Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal muscle and nervous system function, to normal protein synthesis and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Magnesium chloride is also known for its osmotic effect, which can make it an interesting option for people who tend towards constipation.

Magnesium chloride may support intestinal transit thanks to its osmotic effect. By drawing water into the intestine, it helps soften stools and makes them easier to pass. Its effect can vary from person to person and it is important to keep to the recommended dose.

Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. Contraindications for magnesium chloride include its marked laxative effect, which may be a benefit (constipation) or a drawback depending on the case. It is not indicated for people with heartburn, reflux or hiatus hernia —for them, magnesium carbonate is the alternative. Nor is it indicated in severe kidney failure. Keep it in a cool, dry place, tightly closed. With the crystallised form this is especially important: magnesium chloride is hygroscopic and can clump or turn liquid if it absorbs moisture from the air. Always close it properly and keep it away from sources of damp. Keep out of reach of children.
