Spray the amount needed onto the desired area and massage gently until the product is spread over the skin. It can be used after exercise or at any time of day. Do not apply to wounds, mucous membranes or irritated or sensitive skin.

The 150 ml bottle gives many applications; the exact number depends on the area treated and how much you apply each time. Used daily on the legs or areas of habitual tension, a bottle usually lasts several weeks.

Magnesium oil has few contraindications, as it is for topical use. It may cause slight itching or tingling the first time or on sensitive skin, which usually passes quickly. Do not apply it to wounds, irritated skin or very delicate areas, and avoid contact with the eyes. If you notice significant irritation, stop using it.

In a cool, dry place, with the bottle tightly closed and protected from direct light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Closing it properly after each use keeps the product in good condition until the best-before date.
