Mag-mast® – Cream, 36 Tablets

Ana Maria LaJusticia® Magnesium Carbonate provides magnesium, a mineral that helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones. Magnesium carbonate is also traditionally used for its ability to neutralise stomach acid, making it a common option for people with occasional heartburn or reflux.

Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. If your main goal is to support night-time rest, the Ana Maria LaJusticia® formulas with melatonin are a more specific option.

Ana Maria LaJusticia® Magnesium Carbonate is available in tablets, powder and chewable tablets, to suit everyone's preferences. As well as providing magnesium, magnesium carbonate is traditionally used for its ability to neutralise stomach acid, which makes it a particularly interesting option for people with occasional heartburn.

Take 2 to 3 tablets a day, after the main meals.

The 36-chewable-tablet dispenser lasts around 18 days if you take one after each of the three main meals. If you use it more occasionally, or only with the meals that give you trouble, it will last longer.

The contraindications for chewable magnesium carbonate are the same as for the classic carbonate: it is not recommended in severe kidney failure, nor should it be combined with other antacids without consulting your doctor. It has a moderate laxative effect at high doses. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health professional.

In a cool, dry place, with the dispenser tightly closed to protect it from moisture. Avoid leaving it exposed to heat or sunlight for long periods. Keep out of reach of children.
