Ana Maria LaJusticia® Freeze-Dried Royal Jelly provides concentrated royal jelly thanks to the freeze-drying process, which removes the water and makes it easier to keep. It is an ingredient traditionally used in supplements designed to support periods of greater physical or mental strain and the change of seasons.

Being freeze-dried (three times more concentrated than fresh), each capsule has greater revitalising power. It is used especially at the change of seasons and in periods of low defences or physical and mental fatigue.

Supermarket and generic-brand royal jelly is usually fresh or less concentrated. Ana Maria Lajusticia® Freeze-Dried Royal Jelly is concentrated 3x compared with the fresh form through freeze-drying, which preserves its properties better. It needs no refrigeration —an advantage over the fresh form— comes in convenient capsules with a clear dose, and is backed by more than 45 years of brand experience.

One or two capsules a day, preferably in the morning. Taking royal jelly at the start of the day fits better with its revitalising effect. It can be taken during periods of tiredness or at the change of seasons, or continuously as part of a balanced diet.

The 60-capsule tub lasts between 30 and 60 days, depending on whether you take 2 or 1 a day. For a seasonal course (change of season, stressful period), one pack is usually enough.
