Take 2 drinkable sachets (20 ml) before or during physical exercise.

The box of 12 sachets covers 12 exercise sessions at one sachet per dose. Being single-dose, you can take only the ones you need for each training session or competition, without carrying the whole tub.

The contraindications for magnesium in gel format are the same as for any oral form: it can have a laxative effect at high doses or in sensitive people. It is not recommended in severe kidney failure. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult your health professional.
