Take 2 to 3 tablets a day, split between the main meals.

The 75-tablet tub lasts between 25 and 37 days depending on whether you take 3 or 2 a day.

Magnesium carbonate has few contraindications. It is not recommended in severe kidney failure, nor should it be combined with other antacids or digestive medicines without first consulting your doctor.
